The “sushi” is one of most famous Japanese food in the world.
Possibly you may think that a Japanese eats sushi at home.
Sushi(Nigirizushi (sushi shaped by hand)) is a cuisine eaten out in most cases, as home-made sushi decreases.
The sushi cooked at home is called Maki-zushi(sushi roll) and Chirashi-zushi(a style of sushi where the topping is placed on a bed of rice, in a bowl).
